GenPipes is a flexible Python-based open-source framework. It facilitates the development and deployment of multi-step genomic workflows. These pipelines are validated, scalable, robust and optimized for running genomic analysis in High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters and the cloud.
The following tutorials guide new users on how to deploy and run GenPipes for genomic analysis. The first tutorial contains instructions on running GenPipes pre-installed on the Digital Research Alliance of Canada, formerly Compute Canada, servers.
