GenPipes is a flexible Python-based open-source framework. It facilitates the development and deployment of multi-step genomic workflows. These pipelines are validated, scalable, robust and optimized for running genomic analysis in High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters and the cloud.

The following tutorials guide new users on how to :ref:`deploy<docs_dep_options>` and run GenPipes for genomic analysis. The first
tutorial contains instructions on running GenPipes pre-installed on the `Digital Research Alliance of Canada <https://alliancecan.ca/en>`_, formerly Compute Canada, servers.
