DRAC Account

External users and genomics researchers can apply for access to the Digital Research Alliance of Canada (DRAC), compute resources.

GenPipes on DRAC servers

Once you have the DRAC account, you can log in and access GenPipes pre-deployed on any of the DRAC servers: Rorqual, Nibi, Fir, Trillium and Narval.
