• many bugs and errors corrections

  • corrected file path within ini files

  • corrected typo in ampliconseq.py causing pipeline crash at plot heatmap

  • corrected reference to kallisto index & tx2gene files in the RNA-Seq light pipeline

  • fixed bug in tumor_pair pipeline bcbio_variation_recall step : corrected typo in the executable call

• hicseq pipeline does now accommodate Arima digestion kit compatibility
