GenPipes is an open-source framework, freely distributed and open to developer contributions. `GenPipes software <ttps://github.com/c3g/GenPipes>`_ is available under the `LGPL license <https://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl-3.0.html>`_ and regularly updated to reflect advances in genomics and bioinformatics.
